Ingredients
1 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 jar (6-1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
20 to 25 large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation
in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo till smooth. beat in artichokes, parm cheese and onions lightly spray tops of mushrooms with non-stick cooking spray spoon mixture into mushroom caps. combine bread crumbs and olive oil and sprinkle over mushrooms grill,covered over indirect heat for 8-10 min or until mush are tender
