Ingredients

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1 15 oz can Artichoke Hearts

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 baguette

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

slice baguette in 1/2 inch slices and brush with olive oil. Bake the slices without turning at 350 degrees until golden. Cut artichoke hearts in quarters. Mix in mayonnaise, cheese, and cayenne. Spread one tablespoon of the mixture on the toasted side of each bread slice. Broil until bubbly and golden, approximately 4-5 minutes.
