Ingredients
1 tsp. fresh marjoram
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1 tbls. fresh Thai basil
2 garlic cloves
Olive Oil
2 8.5 oz cans artichoke hearts
1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers
1 pkg grape tomatoes
1 8 oz pkg baby bella mushrooms
Preparation
Put marjoram, thyme, basil, and garlic in food processor, process with oil oil to create an emulsion. Add salt and pepper to taste
Put remaining ingredients in bowl. Add emulsion, stir and refrigerate.
