Ingredients
2 cans artichokes, quartered
3 pkgs (rectangle kind) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
garlic salt and pepper
1/2 lb cream cheese, softened to room temp
2 T mayo
6 T milk
Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
In a 13 x 9 dish (I’ve also used a smaller dish) layer artichokes on bottom then spinach. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Blend together cream cheese, mayo, and milk til smooth. Spread the mixture over the top of the spinach and grate some romano on top. Bake uncovered at 375 for about 35 to 40 min.
