Ingredients
2 cups Hellman’s regular mayo, 2 cups (or more) shredded asiago cheese, minced garlic (2 or 3 cloves), 14 oz. marinated artichoke hearts chopped.
I doubled and modified the above recipe, with rave reviews: 4 cups Hellman’s regular mayo, 4 cups shredded asiago cheese, minced garlic (4-6 cloves), 28 oz. marinated artichoke hearts chopped, 1 package frozen spinach DRAINED, 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Preparation
Mix together (can be done day before). Hollow out round loaf of bread (save innards). Put dip in hollowed out loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with chopped bread (from the middle of the loaf and another loaf too).
Top with 2 cups shredded parmesan. Serve with chopped bread, sliced baguette, or water crackers.
