Ingredients

1 cup mayo

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 15 oz can artichoke hearts cut up

1/2 box frozen spinach- defrosted and drained

Preparation

put above ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed. put into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.

it’s great to make a double batch so you don’t waste the other half of a box of frozen spinach and freeze it in a ziploc bag.

serve with nacho chips
