Ingredients

1 C artichoke hearts (1-6 oz jar) drained and chopped

1/2 C Mayo

4 oz. Mozzarella

4 oz. Swiss

4 oz. Parmesan

garlic and salt to taste

Sliced French Bread

Optional:

1 small can chopped green chilies

Diced tomatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spread over sliced french bread.

Bake at 375 degrees about 10-12 minutes. Add diced tomatoes on top after baking if desired.

Can also bake in casserole dish and spread on crackers.
