Butter

1 tsp. chopped basil

Canned Italian Tomatoes

Canned quartered

Oven proof cassarole

Preparation

Saute chopped onions(1/2 cup)in butter Add 1 Teaspoon of Chopped Basil Add 1 Large can Italian Tomatoes,cut to bite size Add 1 can of quartered Artichokes Salt and pepper. Heat through and serve or make earlier in the day and refrigerate. Heat befor serving in the oven for 30 minutes(from the refrigerator)
