Ingredients

3 Cups of water at 100 degrees F

2 Packets of Yeast

1 1/2 tbsp Salt

6 1/2 cups AP Flour

Preparation

Bloom yeast in 100 degree F water. Mix dry ingredients together, then mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Let set for 2 hours on countertop, then refrgerate overnight, divide, shape, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes with a bowl of water on the oven floor.
