Ingredients

2 Bunches of Arugala

1/2 pound prosciutto

1 cantaloupe

Olive oil

Balsamic Vinegar

salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash 2 bunches of arugula very well. Chop approx 1/2 pound of prosciutto into bite size pieces. Cut up ripe canteloupe into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients into salad bowl. Add 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste
