Ingredients
3 cups water/ice
2 large handfuls of arugula
1/4 cup arame or wakame, or 1 raw mori sheet (asiam sea vegetable)
spinach, added to 6 cup line
2 cups pineapple, preferably frozen in chunks
2 bananas, frozen in chunks
2 cups frozen blueberries, or mixed berries
1 apple or pear
1/2 tsp stevia
Preparation
Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add fruit and stevia and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for best results.
