Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 bundles (cups) arugula

1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives

1 (32-ounce) can whole, peeled tomatoes, drained

1 pound bowtie pasta

salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta to taste.

Meanwhile, saute garlic in pan with pepper and oil a few minutes, until the garlic is soft. Add tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper and cook an additional 10-15 minutes on medium-medium high heat. Remove from heat. Toss pasta and sauce and add arugula.
