Ingredients
store made whole wheat dough
pesto sauce-trader joes or bertolli
4-6 oz plain goat cheese
pint of yellow and red cherry tomatoes
1/2 pd thin sliced mushrooms
2-3 cups of baby arugula, lightly tossed with a vinagerette or lemon juice and cracked pepper
Preparation
stretch and pull dough to fit pizza pan, brush with EVO, sprinkle with sea salt and grind italian seasoning herbs.bake at 375 for 7 min, remove and put slices or crumbles of goat cheese, slices of tomatoes and mushrooms all over the pie, return to oven for 6 more min. Remove from oven and lightly cover the entire pizza with the arugula, let set for a few minutes and serve.
