Ingredients
Arugula- washed well and pat dried
Goat Cheese- whichever brand you love
Dried Cherries- about 1 to 2 cups
1/2 C Candied Pecans
1/2 cup EVOO
Juice of one lemon ( no seeds please)
Preparation
Wash Arugula well to remove the dirt. Pat dry. Place in a serving bowl. Ina small bowl mix the olive oil and meon juice together really well. Pour over arugula and toss well.
Add Dried Cherries and candied pecans on top. Then add Goat cheese pieces on the top as well. Chill for 5-10 mins and serve!
