Ingredients

1 1/2 cup quick-cooking brown rice

3 teaspoon canola oil

2 teaspoon sesame oil

3 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 pound fresh snow peas

1/2 pound fresh asparagus

3 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/2 cup scallions

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

Toss rice with oils and soy sauce. Mix in snow peas, asparagus, and sesame seeds; toss. Sprinkle with scallions and red pepper flakes.
