Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
optional is to add a can or two of chopped green Ortega chiles
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients well until blended. Bake uncovered in pie plate for 40 minutes.
