Ingredients

4 cups grated seedless cucumber

2 cups plain yogurt

3-9 tablespoons Garam Masala seasoning (this is a spice mix consisting of coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, turmeric, and black pepper - it can usually be purchased at health food and specialty stores already mixed)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and serve well chilled.
