Ingredients

1 medium Flank Steak

marinade:

1/4c. olive oil

1/2c. soy sauce

1T dark sesame oil

1T ginger minced

1T garlic minced

1 jalepeno minced (seeds optional)

salsa:

1 fresh pineapple

1 jalepeno diced

juice from 1 lime

1/2 red bell pepper

2T cilantro

Boston bib lettuce

Preparation

mix marinade ingredients and marinate meat 8-12 hours

grill slices of pinapple until caramelized. dice cooked pineapple and mix with other salsa ingredients.

grill flank steak to medium. slice across grain into 1/4" slices.

serve steak in lettuce leaves with salsa on top.
