Ingredients
4# country ribs
2 onions cut in 1/2" slices
chinese slow cooking sauce
potatoes peeked & quartered
3/4 cup milk
4 Tbls unsalted butter
2 Tbls roasted garlic puree
s & p to taste
Preparation
in a large fry pan 2 tbls oil when sizzling hot place salted ribs in oil & cook on all sides till brown. transfer ribs to slow cooker. add onions to pan and cook until softened. transfer onions to slow cooker w/ slow cooking sauce.cover and cook on high for 6 hours.prepare mashed potatoes using prepared garlic.
