Ingredients
4 cups chopped Asian cabbage
2 cups roughly shredded carrots
1 cup roughly shredded radishes
2-3 thinly sliced scallions
1 finely minced garlic clove
Dressing:
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 tablespoon tamari
seasoned rice vinegar
Preparation
Prepare vegetables and place into a large bowl.
Into a one cup measuring cup add canola oil, dark sesame oil, orange juice and tamari. Add enough seasoned rice vinegar to the measuring cup to make 3/4 cup dressing.
Stir dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Toss dressing and vegetables together.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
