Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 scallion chopped
1/2 chicken shredded (about 2 1/2 cups from whole chicken)
4 large wraps
1/2 red pepper slcied
1/2 cucumber sliced
Preparation
In a large bowl whisk together peanut butter, warm water, soy sauce, and vinegar until smooth. Stir in garlic and scallion
place one wrap on flat surface scatter chicken, red pepper, cucumber over the top, tightly roll and cut in half on bias
