Ingredients
2 firm fish fillets 5-6 oz.
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups coarsely chopped bok choy
2 scallions chopped
mix together:
1 TBSP veg oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 garlic clove chopped
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 scant chili oil
Preparation
On a square of aluminum foil, place 1/2 rice, 1/2 greens, 1 tsp scallion; pour over half marinade.
Repeat with another square of aluminum foil.
Close tightly and bake in 400 oven for 20 min.
