Ingredients

8 oz beef tenderloin

1 Tbs sesame oil

1 Tbs soy sauce

2 tsp Asian 5-spice

4 cups mixed greens

1/2 cup bean sprouts

1 small red bell pepper diced

Dressing:

1/2 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 Tbs olive oil

1 Tbs soy sauce

1 Tbs marinate ginger (sushi)

Toasted Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Cut tenderloin in to small blades. Saute with 1 Tbs of sesame oil, 1 Tbs of soy sauce, and 5-spice. Set aside.

Toss together greens, bell pepper, and bean sprouts.

Put all contents of dressing in a food processor to emulsify the dressing. Toss in beef and dressing to greens and serve immediately.
