Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp scallions
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and marinate for as long as possible, at least 4 hours (can even be left over night). Heat the grill to high and sear on each side for approximately 4 minutes (do not over cook). Grill until seared on the outside and rare to medium rare inside. Upon removal from the slice into strips immediately and serve.
