Ingredients
1/3c extra virgin olive oil
1/3c soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1T fresh rosemary
1t greated ginger
1.5# flank steak
Preparation
mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup..stirring well. Place flank steak in large zip lock type bag and pour marinade over top. Close bag, removing most of the air. Massage marinade into meat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 or so.
Grill or bake to desired doneness. Slice on the bias and serve….this really rocks.
