Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and de-veined with tails removed

Juice of one lime

¼ cup soy sauce

2 TBSP honey

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

2 cloves crushed garlic

1 TSBP sesame seeds, toasted

4 green onions, chopped

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients shrimp through garlic. Marinate shrimp in mixture in refrigerator for no longer than 20-30 minutes. (Seafood requires very little marinating time) Remove shrimp from marinade and place on skewers. Grill over medium-high heat two -three minutes per side.

Take reserve marinade and heat in small saucepan, or in microwave safe dish and cook until reduced by half and marinade is a few syrupy spponfuls. Drizzle over cooked shrimp after it has been removed from the grill.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
