Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
12 ounces lean ground lamb
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons mint
3 tablespoons cilantro
Preparation
Core raddichio. Carefully separate 8 large leaves (reserve remaining radicchio for another use) Heat sesame oil in heavy large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Stir-fry until lamb is brown, about 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir in green onions, mint, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Divide among raddichio leaves.
