Ingredients

Juice from 3 to 4 fresh squeezed lemons

3 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. garlic pressed

1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce (or more if you like it spicy)

1 tsp. sea salt

½ tsp. black pepper

5 oz. canola oil

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients and toss it with mixed steamed veggies or salad.

I’m sure this would be a great marinade for meat as well.
