Ingredients
–3 1/2 TBS sesame oil
–3 1/2 TBS soy sauce
–1 1/2 TBS balsamic vinegar
–2 TBS sugar
–1 tsp. salt
–3/4 to 1 TBS hot oil
–1 bunch scallions
Preparation
Cook pasta and drain.
Mix dressing ingredients together.
In a bowl, pour dressing over spaghetti (while spaghetti is still hot); mix dressing in.
Wash and chop scallions. Cut thin slices for a total of 4 heaping TBS. Mix together with the pasta (preferably right before serving).
