Ingredients
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pork center loin chop
2 green onion, sliced
Preparation
In a shallow dish, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and pepper. Add chops to marinade, turning to coat, let stand for 30 minutes or more. May be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
Reserve marinade, place chops on foil lined broiler pan or greased grill, spoon marinade over top. Broil, turning once till chop is cooked.
