Ingredients
1/4 c. - 1 c. Spicy Garlic Chile Sauce
1/4 c. - 1 c. Black Bean Garlic Sauce
(Both of these are found in the Asian food aisle of most stores)
Pot Roast (any size, cut)
Preparation
Roll our enough foil to be able to wrap the roast. Place roast on foil and wrap up sides to make a “bowl”. Pour sauces over the roast … use as little or as much as you want. Finish wrapping the roast in the foil and place on a cookie sheet (to catch any wandering drippings.) Roast in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 or 2 hours, reducing heat to 225 degrees for 1 - 2 hours, depending on the size of your roast. Bring heat up to 425 degrees for last 10 minutes. Serve. We like to serve it over rice.
