Ingredients

4 Cans of boneless Salmon

3 eggs

Tablespoon of saki

1/2 cup of brown sugar

2 Tablespoon of tarragon

Tablespoon of light soy sauce

a handful of crackers crumbled

1/2 of a red pepper (diced)

1/2 of a yellow or orange pepper (diced)

3 green onions chopped (whites only)

Olive oil

Preparation

Mix, well, all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the Olive oil and 1 Tablespoon of Tarragon.

The cakes should be moist, not dry, you can add another egg to moisten.

Add Olive and tarragon to large skillet and fry cakes on medium heat. Let the cakes cook five minutes on each side.

They should be golden brown. Serve hot.
