Ingredients

½ head of cabbage

¼ head purple cabbage

2 carrots

¼ C. Green Onion

1/8 to ¼ C. Sesame Seeds (toasted)

2 tsp. Apple Vinegar

1 tsp. fresh grated ginger root

¼ C. Sugar

½ C. Mayo

1-2 tsp. Salt (to taste)

1 C. Steamed (peeled) Shrimp and or Lobster Tail {avail. and preference}

Preparation

Finely chop and mix cabbage, carrots, ginger, and onion. Add sugar, salt, pepper, mayo and mix well. Toss with shellfish and chill. Just prior to service add sesame seeds
