Ingredients

1 cup fat free greek yogurt

1/2 cup low fat mayo

2 tablespoon vinegar (sherry is a favorite)

2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

mix all ingredients in bowl and serve with crudite or toasted pita bread cut into strips
