Ingredients

2 Tbs finely chopped shallots

2 Tbs seasoned rice vinegar

1 Tbs oil

2 tsp mined fresh ginger

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1 orange

1 bag baby spinach

1 avocado

Preparation

Whisk first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt/pepper.

Toss gently with the rest.
