Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin removed

For marinade:

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. fish sauce

2 tbsp. peanut oil

2 tsp. sesame seed oil

2 tbsp. peanut butter or black bean paste

1 tbsp. honey

2 tsp. rice vinegar

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp. green onion, chopped

2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced

1 tbsp. hot red pepper flakes or asian-style chili sauce

1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

In a bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Pour contents into a gallon ziploc bag and add chicken thighs. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours to overnight (for best flavor). When ready, place chicken on the grill over low-medium flame for 45 minutes. Brush remaining marinade on chicken while it’s grilling. Enjoy!
