Ingredients
4 cooked chicken breasts(or equivalent leftover chicken)sliced into thin 1 inch long pieces
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
4 green onions sliced in match stick sized pieces
1 cup mung bean sprouts
Dressing:
1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice seasoning
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation
Prepare the dressing. Mix together the chicken, celery and onions and toss with dressing. Add the bean sprout and toss lightly. Chill an hour and serve. My be served on lettuce or greens to stretch servings.
