Ingredients

5 Pounds Chicken Wings

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine the wings, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grill the wings until crispy or bake at 450 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until wel done.
