Ingredients

All Room Temperature (Leave on counter for a few hours first)

2 Large Eggs

1 Cup Whole Milk

1 Cup AP Flour

1 Tbsp Melted Butter

1 Tsp Regular or 1.5 Tsp Kosher Salt

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 400F. Preheat popover pan at same time. Blend all ingredients together well. Remove popover pan and fill 1/3 full in each cup and place back in oven. Bake 35 minutes. Remove, vent, serve.

Buttering the pan first will lead to easier extraction.

For multiple batches from same mix, pulse blender between fillings.

Add flavorings sparingly (cheese, jalapenos, etc. if desired).
