Ingredients

8 Green Asparagus Spears

8 White Asparagus Spears

8 Smoke Salmon Slices

8 Parma Ham or Prosciutto Slices

1/4cup Light Cream Cheese

1tbsp Lemon Zest

1tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill

Preparation

1.Trim aspragus all to the same size. In a pot of salted boiling water, blanch asparagus for about 1 minute. Immerse immediately in cold water. 2.Lay out slices of salmon and ham and spread cream cheese evenly across slices. 3.Top with zest dill and freshly ground pepper. 4.Place 1 green asparagus in the center of 4 salmon and 4 ham slices and roll snugly. Repeat with white asparagus and remaining salmon and ham slices. Refrigerate for one hour.
