Ingredients
1 1/2 pound asparagus
Cook asparagus until soft. Cool, puree in food processor.
1 T mayo
1 T lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 scallions, sliced
1/2 jalapeno, with seeds, minced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/8 T Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp each hot sauce, salt, pepper
Add all other ingredients and mix well by hand.
Preparation
You need a food processor for this, a blender will get jammed up.
Serve with your favorite chips.
