Ingredients

40 or so Asparagus

2 large onions sliced

4 crushed garlic cloves

5 large tomatoes sliced

1 large ricotta

i pkg grated gruyere

like amount of parmeson

butter

a little nutmeg; S&P

1 box of lasagna

Preparation

Saute onions & garlic in lots of butter W S&P. Set aside Par Boil Noodels Boil asparagus about 2 minutes til al dente’ Set aside with ice. Make roux. Add .76 qt milk. Add 1/2 gruyere. Add 12 oz half/half. Coat bottom of lasagna pan with sauce. Layer and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Cool & refrg. Cut and heat Add nutmeg.
