Ingredients

12 stalks asparagus, trimmed

6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup grated parmensan cheese

1/2 fresh lemon

Preparation

Coat each stalk of aspargus with melted butter. Immediately roll the butter coated asparagus in the grated parmesan to cover. Wrap the cheese coated asparagus with 1/2 slice of prosciutto. Place side by side in a 9x9 baking dish. Sparingly squeeze fresh lemon juice over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
