Ingredients
1 baked 9 " pie shell
1 C. cooked asparagus
3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 C. grated cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 C. half and half
Preparation
Bake pie crust according to pkg. directions. Cook asparagus slightly. Fry bacon and crumble. Place on paper towel to drain. In a bowl beat eggs, add flour, salt and pepper. Add bacon, cheese and asparagus. Place in pie crust. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 min. Allow to stand 10 min. before serving.
