Ingredients

One lb. sliced ham slightly on the thick side, preferably square.

Asparagus I prefer frozen but you can use fresh. Two boxes.

One lb. cream cheese.

Horseradish to taste.

Preparation

Cook your asparagus according to directions, dry on paper towels. Take softened cream cheese and mix in a couple of tablespoons of horseradish to taste, I like to be able to lightly taste the horseradish. Lay out your slices of ham and spread a light layer of the horseradish cream cheese mixture on each slice, if the ham is about 4"x6" cut it in half. Take a couple of pieces of asparagus and lie them at one end of the horseradish spread ham and roll it up, lying the seam side down on a platter. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until the horseradish-cream cheese mixture chills. Cut the rolls into about 1 inch slices, put in a toothpick and serve.
