Ingredients
1/2 C chopped asparagus (1 inch)
2 C brussel sprouts (quartered)
1/2 C diced onion (red or yellow)
6-8 strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp butter
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add asparagus and brussel sprouts and cook until slightly browned. Remove from heat and combine with the bacon.
