Ingredients
1pm asparagus cut into bite sizes pieces
4oz ww penne
1/4c sundries Tomato chopped
1c fresh basil chopped
1tbsp grated lemon zest
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4c crumbled feta
Preparation
Boil asparagus until tender 3-5 min. Remove asp. Add pasta to boiling h2o cook as directed. Drain pasta add to bowl with remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir and serve top with cheese, can swap for goat.
