Ingredients

1 cabbage, lg, shredded

1 onion, med, shredded

Three-quarters cup sugar

Three quarters cup vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon celery seed

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

One-half cup olive oil

Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and mustard together and bring to a boil. Add the salad oil and bring to a boil again.

Pour over cabbage and onion while hot and refrigerator overnight.
