Ingredients
4 baked potatoes - grated (or 4 cups thawed hash browns)
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
Mix and put in 9x13 cassarole dish.
Top with grated cheese. (optional, can also be topped with Durkee onions, crushed potato chips or seasoned bread crumbs.
Cook at 350 for 35 min
