Ingredients
1 Can whole corn (drained)
1 Can Tomatoes (Stewed)
2 Medium Onions (diced)
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Molasses
4 Tablespoons flour and cornstarch combined
1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder
2 Tablespoons Salad Oil
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Saute Onion in oil. Add brown sugar, molasses, curry powder and flour. Blend well.
Add Corn and Tomatoes. Stir.
Cook slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Put into greased casserole dish. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
